An editorial reading of the saved reviews

People value the teleprompter for recording clips and the fast support that actually replies. But it glitches often: scroll speed jumps by itself, the camera opens as a black screen, and it stops working after an iPhone update. There are also complaints about being charged after cancelling and free videos getting cut off at nine minutes.

What users experience

I swear the prompt speed changes by itself, pressing the up and down buttons do nothing and it will mess you up while reading.

When trying to record videos and start at a new point within the script, the script jumps way far ahead and you can’t back up. It takes me hours to record a five minute script because I keep having to start over.
