One of the most detailed strength training trackers: a large exercise library, Apple Watch sync, and weight-increase suggestions all work well, but aggressive UI updates regularly break familiar workflows.

What reviews praise
Weight increase suggestions based on set history actually help users avoid getting stuck at the same level.
What reviews complain about
New interface updates hide needed data right during a workout, making it harder to focus on the exercise.
What users experience
2 excerpts from the breakdown. These are individual cases, not a verdict on all users.
When it's working properly, the app is great and the syncing with the Apple Watch makes staying on track at the gym so easy. Problem is when the two go out of sync, about a third of the time, I lose time and focus fiddling with the app and my watch instead of focusing on my workout.
They recently updated the app and it ended up wiping all of my planned days of exercises and all of the muscle groups. I went to workout and now can't because I have to completely rebuild my exercise plan from scratch.
