   The purpose of gloves. The purpose of gloves is not to wear the gloves and constantly touch dirty surfaces (countertops, computer screens) with the gloves and then touch my food with your dirty gloves.

   Fix Apple Pay. My orders never go through with Apple Pay. That’s the only restaurant and app that blocks me from using Apple pay.

   Impossible to reorder. The app itself is perfect and the design is nice, but there is a big issue with placing a second order at the same time. For example, if I forget to order something or I want to get an additional item, it’s impossible to place another order for about half an hour

   $2 sodas and $4 fries (how is that a deal). Used to love the value of the $1 drinks and $3 fries. Bumping prices up while keeping the chaotic app-coupon loops is a bait-and-switch. Deleting the app and going to In-N-Out instead. Should have just kept the prices the same and slowly move away from the coupons for free burgers if you were losing money on each order.

    Login extra steps. This is the only food app that makes it difficult to login every time you use it. They need to refresh their apps ease of use and logging in

    Please add the required promotional items to your bag. Dark pattern to offer a promo and then it doesn’t work at checkout. Has happened multiple times with no easy way to understand if user error or app error. No suggested quick fix either. Make this your next feature. I’m gonna bounce and go order from another place.

    Careful with tipping. When you get to ordering page note that The app defaults to 10% tip. Today I hit order too fast and ended up inadvertently paying a tip for a pickup order.

    This app sucks. It doesn’t work. If you use Apple pay it will only work once and then it throws you into a death loop where it requires you to add your phone number and then will tell you an account with the number exists. Truly stupid. Don’t waste your time.

    App update won't stay put. The past several days I lost count how many times I updated the shake shack app. Yet as soon as I download the update, the update is pending download again.
