   Wrong contact details. I have been trying to contact Net-A-Porter for days. The phone number is out of service, I cannot reach support through messages, and emails are not being answered. For a luxury company, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

   Bad experience. Downloaded app as new customer and discount did not work. Then, ordered shoes. Wrong item was sent. Then, customer service told me that right size was out of stock. Looked it up myself and it was in stock. Emailed customer service back and no reply. First purchase on net a porter, and not impressed.

   Misleading customers into downloading their app. Was told I would get 10% off for downloading the app of course, they were just after downloads and the app coupon did not work on a full price, current collection piece. Really don’t like false advertising companies who are not honest in one area normally find other ways to screw with their clients.

    Don’t Expect Your Order To Arrive. My orders keep getting canceled and there is literally no answer why. I keep asking for a phone call or an explanation and unfortunately, I’ve been waiting for a specific item which I’ve now ordered TWICE and it keeps getting canceled. App is great when it works but it doesn’t work when I need it. Livid.

    Do not keep track of inventory. I purchased a whole outfit and after I payed and they confirmed they sent a message in a different day that they didn’t have the dress in inventory anymore. I only purchased the whole order because of the dress. Instead of offering any compensation for the issue or offering to cancel the whole order, I got an email of ‘ops, sorry’ even after I complained. Very disappointing.

    Islamophobia. NAP stock a brand whose founder shares Islamophobic and racist posts towards Muslims and Arabs. Despite feedback sent to them NAP refuse to listen to their Arab and Muslim costumer base and continue to stock the brand. Shame on you.
