Couples value the daily question and the structured lessons, and for some it is a lifeline when in-person couples therapists are unavailable but they still want to work on the relationship. But the app is technically shaky, answers sometimes do not save, dates and times drift, sync lags, and old progress gets in the way of starting fresh. Many are put off by the high price, which they compare to real therapy, and by the murky cancellation where the app and website bounce you back and forth.

We have completed numerous sessions and had some good conversations come from them. However, it feels like it just ends there. Would be nice to at least get some feedback on our responses
Love the lessons and prompts for the individual experience but it leaves it up to the couple to discuss questions/answers together without a mediator and I feel like that's where a lot of couples (mine included) need help.
