The go-to trail reference for mountain biking, color-coded difficulty and offline maps have bailed people out on the trail, and newbies easily find trails at their level. It breaks in that after the ownership change almost everything was locked behind a fee around 54-60 dollars a year, and a huge banner and 'buy pro' demand pop over the screen. A special pain is that the route editor is clunky both in the app and on the site, and the community is in revolt that you now pay for other people's free work.
