The core fanbase adores the immersive soundscapes and praises how the sounds mask tinnitus and help them sleep to rain without a monthly fee. The main pain is that the new version dropped the ability to mix several sounds together that existed in the old app and on the website, and previously purchased sounds had to be bought again. There are also complaints about glitches: audio freezes, the loop gets stuck, the left channel drops out, playback fails through AirPods.
