Poor App. Can’t open the app most of the time. Emails with “likes” don’t open to the individual pictured.

Totally worthless garbage avoid‼️ total scam🚨. So this worthless dating app, if you can even call it that. You actually have to pay to do anything even if both of you match both of you have to pay to be able to communicate. I’ve never once see that on any dating website ( been on over 20) Normally if you match you’re able to communicate for free. Not with that junk. What a scam. The quality of the perspective partners is very low too after probably about 100 swipes over a few days. I was only found one actually attractive to match with. Most of the profiles are old profiles that are unused now and the person never properly deleted them. I know this because I saw a friend on there and asked them about and they told me they haven’t been on the site for over four years, but I matched with them like they were a new person to the site. Total scam. This is owned by the match group. Normally their dating apps are pretty decent. Sadly, this one is even worth the time it took the download.

Never again. I will never, ever spend another dime on these website. No one ever seems to want to answer. I really wonder how many “”Real”” profiles there actually are

Frustrated new member. I am unable to see my likes most of the time. This app really needs some work.

Disappointment. It’s the same interface as many other dating sites because it’s all owned by the same parent company. They are ripping us off. Do you think you’re signing up for a different database of people. But the same parent company has all the people in one giant database. But they falsely sell it as if it were something completely different.

Full of bots. This app may have been good at one time but only one out of five profiles are actual people

Too many fake profiles on OurTime. OurTime is a mismanaged clown 🤡 show. There are hundreds of scammers and dirty filthy whores pretending to be Christians ✝️ on OurTime’s pathetic and embarrassing dating website. It’s disgusting 🤮 & disgraceful & discouraging. Thank you 🙏 for your attention to this matter.

Bogus Scam and False Advertising. Our time practices false advertising. The Silver plan does not have the benefits it claims. You have to pay more money to swipe back, message someone you like. Also every person that liked me appeared to be scam. As soon as I paid, I was not able to go in and manage my about settings. They want you to pay more even when you purchase Platinum. Don’t fall for it. I’m currently disputing and seeking a full refund.

Sucks so far. No luck so far after multiple attempts to meet someone. I’ve been a few run game on me. Did not harm just false hopes and time wasted. I’ve got premium membership and multiple boosts so far. 55 year olds who are still looking for Brad Pitt, and heavy over in fling themselves. Gonna try another day or two and then cut my losses if this continues to be a complete failure. I’ll take my time and money elsewhere.

terrible to navigate and see profiles and view messages. very difficult to see and read messages, even though i have paid $191. can’t get anyone to help.

Terrible app, avoid!. This app disconnects my conversations when we get to the point of exchanging information. It’s happened too many times for it to be legitimate. As a year subscriber I feel like they are treating me as a supplier rather than a customer. Terrible experience with the app. Don’t do it!

Scammers are prominent. Tried this app from an ad and should have known better. Say cane across mostly scammers who data mine. So disappointed I wasted my money.

Fakes. Way too many scammers and fake profiles. Despite setting distance limits I have people from other states constantly looking to connect

Poor service. I pay for a service and it doesn't allow me the perks of membership and no customer service on the weekend. Most of this site is communication on weekends.

SCAMMERS. Mostly every woman on here is a scammer. I ask for my money back $99 but was denied.

Not good. No physical customer service, distance and preferences don’t seem to work and I’d not mind paying if there was human support and an option to not auto renew-just a recommendation

BS App. Not worth your time. Horrible customer service, loaded with fake profiles, phishing schemes, spammers, nefarious actors, data brokers, and fraudulent activity. Attorney Generals in the states in which ‘Match Group’ and ‘OurTime’ operate need to initiate exploratory investigations into predatory and deceptive business practices.

Everyone is to far away. There has to be more local people than what you’re showing here. I put 60 miles for a limit but I’m getting Florida, California & so on. If it doesn’t get better I will not be renewing this app.

Fake profiles. This app is full of fake profiles- how do I know? Because I have several women who liked my profile first and when I open up conversation I get nothing, not even a hello - FAKE profiles

Visitors to profiles from other states or beyond what you ask for .. Very frustrated having visitors out of the area I chose when I signed up. Your platform is very bad in that sense. I want to be seen by people within my preferences and closer to my area .

OurTime is NOT YourTime!. This app is horrible; most of the Candidates on here are fake and Catfish Bait!

Scammers. Really sad that at 60 years old I am trying to date after becoming a widower. Learning to use this app means learning how to spot the BS fake profiles. After 3 months I met two women and both lied about their status of single.

Expensive. Not matches at all , or I don’t understand the way it works

Frustrating. I get emails of the names of women who like me, but my feed hardly ever has anything it’s always empty. So I’m not a fan of this app at all. I’m about ready to delete it.

Horrible. Signed up for premium service won’t let me view pictures or profiles!!! Cancelled acct and still charging my card. Sucks!!!

Rip off. I’d give zero stars if I could. Signed up, paid the 6 mos membership fee up front, kept getting notified I had messages and there is no way to actually see the messages sent. Reached out to customer service, got standard did you try this auto reply, sent 3 more emails with screen shots and no reply. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SITE. I’ll be contacting Apple and my bank for a full refund ASAP.

Rip off. This app entices you with, see who likes you, see messages. Then you find out you have to pay more for that. Total rip off.

Search part of the App. When I fill in my criteria I get zero results and I used to get 2000 what did you do to my diamond app I paid for it and all I see is women 9 hours from me. Not good.

Lack of candidates. I don’t believe there’s anybody on this website. There may be a lot of pictures, but there were no viable candidates.. I’ve been a member for three weeks and it’s been one of the worst dating site experience if I’ve ever had.. Even worse than the free ones.
