Nothing but fake profiles. Fake profiles are rampant. I have yet to encounter a real person on this app.

Full of fakes. There’s so much fake profiles and barely real profiles on here even the fake ones are verified. I bought the Supreme subscription but it’s not worth it too much fakes on this app!

GOT NO MATCHES! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾. Happn doesn’t work , I signed up at 6am , and started swiping for at least a hour . I check the app at 3:30pm got no matches at all no notification, mind you I am a very attractive woman . I paused my account and deleted the app off my phone 📱

NOT GENDER INCLUSIVE - UNABLE TO UPDATE GENDER IDENTITY. once you have created an account on this app, you are unable to change your gender. here is an excerpt from the automated email i received from customer service after i tried to change my gender and was forced to send a ticket: “ I understand you’d like to change the gender listed on your happn profile. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change the gender on an existing happn account. To update this information, you’ll need to delete your current account and create a new one.” for most people this won’t be an issue, for queer people it will be. as someone who is gender fluid & queer but presents pretty feminine, i tend to label myself as a woman on dating apps, even though i’m not one, because i attract people who like women. for this feature to include a nonbinary option and the option to specify your gender identity on top of that but not also allow you to change it is absurd. it really seems like this app wants the “inclusive” label but doesn’t actually care or know anything about queer people and people who are not cisgender. sometimes it feels better to have woman on my profile. sometimes genderqueer or non binary feels better. you should be able to change your gender identity without needing to delete your profile and creating a new one. there is no part of the verification process that is clearly linked to your gender and no reason is given for why you can’t update your gender. it’s just insane. this app also just doesn’t have enough people on it to justify it wasting space on my phone. i will be deleting my account like i was recommended to but i will not be creating a new one.

Not a good app. they dont have ppl on this app. fb dating is way better because it gives you th3 flexibility to meet ppl who get you on a granular level not just yo-yoing

Bot Farm. Not a single real person

Overwhelmed with Scammers and Fakes. Signed up a few days ago—immediately inundated with scam messages. Significantly worse than the other dating apps (and that’s saying something, since these apps are basically cesspools).

Nothing but bots and sex workers. Makes you subscribe to see likes only to find they are all bots and sex workers. Also, eventually want you to upgrade your subscription to see additional likes. Total scam.

All fake profiles. All fake profiles giving their snap out. Real bad in Minnesota

Fraud. Nothing but bots. It’s a shame, because this is the best dating app idea.

Women don’t want to share their locations. I used this app a while back. There were few people on it and most were scammers. Also women do not want to share their locations online for very responsable safety reasons which is why it is not popular among real women. Grindr found this out ages ago when they tried to launch a dating app for straight women.

Fake account galore. This app is ridiculous . Every one I’ve matched with is a fake account and the moment I ask to make a video call they go missing… I’ve wasted my money paying for premium … never again. I’ll be deleting my profile and everything altogether

Disappointed. I was introduced by a co worker who is happily married with two kids and they met from here.. I'm Alexis , 32 years old from USA. I joined this dating app hoping to connect with genuine men, between the ages of 35 to upwards but Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. My NO Seven zero eight, nine three four, five six four nine. After paying for a subscription, I expected to be able to chat and build real connections. Instead I found out that I couldn't even send proper messages without being asked for more money. It's frustrating and feels like a constant push to spend more, with no real results or communication happening. Complete scam ecosystem.. I have yet to connect with anyone real. Even people the app says have been near me turn out to be fakes running scams from overseas. The whole premise of the site doesn’t work

Not showing any profiles. I’m trying to this app from few days. Always saying nobody around. I have my location enabled for always and o traveled long distance but still saying nobody around. And asking to pay for more features.

Waste of space. I’ve not had a single interaction with someone who is an actual person. Every profile is a scammer. I’m not sure who’s giving it any more than 1 star, but even the “normal” looking profiles turn out to be scams. Not one single non scam interaction.

Full of fake profiles!!. In my experience as a very active user, I honestly don’t recommend this app at all. It feels like it’s full of fake profiles and scammers, and every time I report them I never receive any response from the support team. I mostly open the app only when I’m bored, like waiting at a red light or killing time, because beyond that it’s just a waste of time. I genuinely don’t understand how it has a 4-star rating, since my experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating, and I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone looking for something real or safe.

Full of scammers. Everything about this app is a scam including the profiles. Every other day it’s someone starting a conversation with hello dear or something of the like. I have given this app plenty of chances and its a failure.

Scams. This app is nothing but scam profiles, the bios are slightly altered and everyone lists the same Snapchat. But if you wanna feel loved then I guess you can pretend. Has no business at all being 4.3 stars, honestly it should be taken down.

Maybe it works in NYC. Within a day of joining I was running out of profiles to view and only getting a couple new ones every few days or so. Seems like the user base isn’t nearly dense enough in a mid-sized city like Seattle for this to be effective, and I don’t want my location tracked all the time on the off chance I might have a “crossing.” Interesting idea, but needs dense user base to actually work. Maybe places like New York City or major metros elsewhere in USA and abroad are good candidates, but not elsewhere.

Bots & Bots!. This app is absolutely riddled with an incredible amount of fake accounts! Stay away! They provided a template response to my review but offer no solution to the money they stole from me so I could be offered scams. They later updated their template response with lies about their services. For example, Badoo, permits users to changes their location from foreign countries to commit fraud on Americans. They could be real people with badges but they have no intention on dating or seeing you, just access to your money. Also, since I have started exposing the elements of human trafficking the app has sent notices to my account threatening to ban or block me when I was a paying user and trying to use it locally for good intent. Seems like the truth is bothering their legal and marketing department. I smell another class action lawsuit and will notify my congressmen to seek a review of human trafficking elements tied to this corporation

Waste of time. Unless you pay for the subscription, it is a complete waste of time. The app does not allow you to see anyone who likes you or send them a chat without paying for the subscription. Do not waste your time and money.

Nothing but fake accounts. At one point used to have users. Not anymore. Only happn generated fake account to keep you in and upgrade you. Easy to tell by profiles and how and what they talk. The push to upgrade is insanely annoying at every step. Didn’t even get to use the app to try it and they beg and wanna steal your money. Just plainly rude ugh. don’t waste your time. UPDATE per developer response: Happn sent a templated response with commitment to remove fake profiles. These are fake profiles created by Happn and not others so please stop pretending. I’ve looked at the API response and timestamps and exact robo automated replies and profiles are sitting there for weeks. So pls don’t assume we’re that dumb. You don’t have any users and are crating fake ones to make us subscribe. Shame on you!

Don’t get this app. I created a profile and paid for the 1 month subscription. After less than a week I ran out of profiles to like not to mention only a hand full of them are actually verified. All my matches weren’t real they all wanted me to use an external app to talk to them like WhatsApp or Snapchat. Also I go out a good amount and had zero crossings. In all bad experience, waste of money and time my suggestion is don’t bother getting this app. Stick to tinder, bumble and hinge.

All fake accounts. Silly me to subscribe to this app. Every account you chat with is either a fake person or a bot. Replies are random and don’t make sense (bots), errors with basic grammar and misspellings (fake person somewhere). Waste of money.

Desert. bruh its so dry here its not even funny. its almost like a site full of ai profiles..i wonder if any of them ever match. 🙃 the filters suck too. i AM NOT paying 30 bucks either! FOH 😒
