Don’t get this app. Don’t get this app. It’s kind of cute but not worth the price at all. It doesn’t offer you much you can’t send over text.

Wrong info can’t fix. Terrible can’t fix basic info 5 minutes into the app

WHY is there a PLUS option??. My gf and I downloaded this app a few months ago and enjoyed it very much as a long distance couple. We paid 7.99/month for full access. Now why is it holding our history hostage asking for more money under the PLUS option?? Hate that. Will delete soon.

Don’t recommend.. I loved this app until recently. I have a 783 day streak and have paid for 2 years of premium so far. The customer service leaves much to be desired. There should be a way to auto restore content when re-pairing. Couples argue and makes mistakes in the heat of the moment, especially those with mental health struggles. It also does not tell you if your partner paid for the premium so they can double dip and ask you to pay too, which is very predatory. The updates are not often enough, and the content gets EXTREMELY repetitive.

Worked for a little while. The past few weeks the app has become basically unusable. Constant “request timed out” errors. Nothing syncs anymore.

Doesn’t work. It doesn’t even let me make an account, just buffers and says there’s been an issue

Disappointing. Doesnt even let you pair with anyone lol, I put in my partners code exactly and they tried putting in mine as well but it kept saying invalid code. Waste of time.

Can’t contact Support. We were on the premium/plus version and I renewed the subscription. For some reason the app doesn’t show as renewed and we lost our items and I can’t get any help because the contact option in the app is broken. I feel like they stole my money because all this time I am not on plus is a day I paid for and didn’t get the benefits. Will be contacting my bank.

Notifications stopped working. Push Notifications don’t work anymore with either of our iphones. We haven’t used the app in months because of it. Going to cancel our subscription if we can’t fix this. Both our push notifications are turned on in our setting app

I hate this app and it keeps charging me!. $40 every month is what I keep getting charged for basic communication skills, it’s dumb. Ugh.

Purchase slop. It’s a good idea but of course you have to buy most of the stuff

Love the idea, dislike the glitches.. Update #2: they updated the app again and everything is jumbled and cut off of the screen. I can’t access games because it’s still behind the cat, and I now can’t even get to the notifications button. Everything is shifted and cut off of the screen. I can’t post a pic here. Support has been useless and does not respond. . Update: there has been now at least 9 updates to the app since I originally posted this. The dev responded saying they’d look into fixing this, but nothing has changed or gotten fixed. Dropping to 1 star as a result, as it’s incredibly annoying. I can’t access multiple features of the app due to this. Very annoying, especially to get told it would be fixed, and then it never happens… . Original: The app is a cute and fun idea. However, it’s only half usable for me on my 1st gen SE, a lot of the buttons and menus are cut off, as it seems everything was sized specifically for bigger phones, rather than proportionally to the display. I can’t access or use multiple things, such as whatever the buttons are that are hidden behind the kitty. I’d like to see improvement and fixes here, and I’m happy to update my review once it happens. Thanks!

Subscription didn’t carry over. As soon as I switched phones and had to redownload: the subscription went away :(

Games can only be played once per day with your partner.. This app requires a subscription but has locked features and the games can only be played once per day. Not worth paying $40 per year.

Doesn’t work. Where do I even begin, you make an account, so does your partner, you both try to type each other’s codes, but on multiple different devices it says “invalid code” I’m tired of incompetence how is this still a bug huh? Don’t get the app, between this and the paywalls it’s a scummy app

Don’t get this. I recently was on this app and it said I had a free trial available (I have photo proof from a few days before I went to active the free trial) and it charged me 40 dollars and the support email won’t even get back to me to ask about a refund.

Beware!!. I bought this by mistake and cannot get a refund!! Do not trust any app that holds you hostage and refuses refunds. That obviously means they can’t keep satisfied customers so they refuse refunds.

This used to be the best... I was tricked into paying for a year of cozy couples plus which just gave me a couple extra stars a day. I kept using the free version after a year and Login in today i see that every single one of my old pictures and anything I’ve ever done is now locked behind a pay wall.. i thought i was paying for premium features not to access my own pictures and written prompts. Adopting this model of app immediately shut me off from it and I don’t trust it later on blocking something else behind another pay wall. Overall this app works for the dating apps and the UI is simple and did what it needed to. Recent changes into pay wall model is going to why people away from using it.

Will charge you from “free” trial. On valentines I selected the trial and it proceeded to charge me the full amount and refused to refund. Don’t waste your time or money

confused. got this app for me and my boyfriend and when i open the app it sits on a loading screen and requests out and doesn’t even work. super disappointed

Much more limited than promised. Why can't we play Treasures or Pixels anymore??? This app shows promise, but lacks features (better games, better trivia, other interactions)

Paywall. Suddenly putting a paywall on old diary entries and other things ruins the entire purpose of the app and is makin us uninstall after a month long streak

2026 They got greedy and are charging money for basic features. This app was fine until around Dec 2025 when they started requiring microtransactions and a “premium version” on top of what we already paid. Not it’s impossible to see older notes written to each other without paying them extra. Insane that they would change this after the fact after already having paid. Gross behavior and I will be uninstalling this app

Severely lacking in content.. For an app with this many ads on socials it is kind of crazy to me that you have like four customization options for maybe twelve items and that’s it. That’s pretty much all there is for content. Otherwise it’s just a place to inconveniently share pictures you have with your partner and feed/pet your pet. Which can either be a cat or a dog. Just wish there were more options. Especially since so many of the few available are premium only. The games are all limited, too, so you have to keep spending stars to play them. Insane. Trash, anti-consumer game for a couple.

Monetized. It WAS a good app. Fun, cute, especially good for couples in long distance relationships. Me and my gf have had it for about two months now. You could buy the plus membership and it would make things nicer but it wasn’t required. Now some things are required by it. We wrote plenty of notes to each other and now it says “notes over 14 days old are hidden.” Seriously? You guys are gonna hold our messages hostage? We have to pay to give high fives now. Some mini games you could unlock by saving stars are premium only now. This was a good app and was ruined by greed. Me and my gf have been discussing just deleting it and finding something else because this is absolute bullsh*#.

Streaks are a scam. the “streaks” are a scam into getting you to buy VIP. i use this app every. single. day. multiple times a day, in fact. and the amount of times i’ve “lost my streak” is hilarious

Not reliable. The app worked perfectly for a day or two and now it won’t let me do anything I’ve tried everything to fix it but it won’t let me log back in or open the app half the time

Yall got some nerve. First of all it’s wild to have a MONTHLY streak repair. If we earn stars we should be able to use them to buy a repair. Secondly, if I’m sick for 2-4 days I’m not thinking about this blasted app and therefore all of the work we’ve done is gone. That’s nuts. So yea this is kind of a money grab, the graphics never update, the plant has looked the same since we started! It’s supposed to grow make it look so. Add more interesting games. The subscription comes with ZERO perks, yall have to do better. Idc that we have access to spend stars for games it’s not free so that kinda defeats the purpose of having a subscriptions the monthly streak isn’t a perk. Do better than maybe yall wouldn’t have to assault us daily with the instagram ads because folks will actually build hype around the app. Do better!!

Don’t bother downloading. I just LOVE apps that are not upfront that you have to PAY to have he app.

Misrepresentation. This app says in-app purchases - what it doesn't say is that you can't use it at all past 7 days w/o a subscription. That is an app you have to pay for - not in-app purchases.

Not Free in any way. I don’t understand why developers don’t just put it right there at the beginning that they are going to charge you to use an app. This app is not free to use. You have to pay $40 a year or $7.99 a month for the couple. Just tell people upfront before they download the stupid app and create an account. Now I’m gonna get spammed because you got my email, but I didn’t get use of an app unless I wanna pay for it and I don’t… deleting right now hate that I even wasted my time on it. Ugh!

This is a real review of this app. It’s bad. NOTHING IN THIS IS FREE. Just read the devs responses where they said a “majority is free” and had to write this. No. None of it is free. The ONLY fully “free” activities are buying base game items with stars you earn, buying quizzes with stars you earn, feeding the cat or plant, and the free daily drawing game. That. Is. It. You wanna answer the daily question? Sure! But the answer is gonna be hidden after 2 weeks if you don’t pay for premium. You wanna post a cute picture of you and your partner? Go ahead! But that photo will, of course, be hidden after 2 weeks. But if you pay the devs for premium then you’ll be allowed to see it all again! It’s only $30 a year, that’s like nothing to you, right? Your love is worth much more than your $30, don’t you? OR you could just, I don’t know, text your partner some online quizzes, send them pictures, get real plants you can take care of and send them the progress of. This app just wants your money and the blatant lies that it’s “mostly free” is nauseating (along with the >1 minute looping royalty free music) there is ZERO creativity in this app. I actively discourage all from using it.

Canceled. suggestions for development team: 1. Format your app for iPad so that if my iPad is horizontal, it adjusts its screen. 2. Make it clear whether we earn points, and if so, how many we've earned, and how we earn points. 3. Configure the notifications so that I can be notified only when my spouse sends me a message, not when the app wants me to do something with it.

I knee getting charged. I paid for the yearly of $29.99 and they keep charging me $9.99. I am not sure what I keep getting charged for. Putting in a claim with PayPal.

worst app. no matter how many times you try and tell them you didn’t pay for the premium, and/tell them you didn’t know the app was on a trial, the people running the app don’t care and just tell you to reach out to apple. worst ran app, not to mention my bf got charged $32 for something he never even clicked on or tried to buy or anything. honey think yall just need to delete this scam of an app

DONT DOWNLOAD SCAM. I downloaded this app and never in my life agreed to a subscription I brought 1.99 worth of stars once and there trying to charge me 30$ for a “yearly subscription” that I never agreed to nor was it ever mentioned , and crazy thing is they try to charge your card 5x times back to back if there not getting it , Very money hungry people now my Apple account is frozen because of them but lucky for me I’ll just create a new one , good riddance ✌️
