But the app regularly fails to show answers after a scan, throws a fetch error, and simply does not respond, and it flags its own humanized text as "95% AI". Billing is a separate irritant, charging 9.99 or 24.99 with no intent to renew, cancellation that fails for months, and a subscription that does not activate after payment.
