My professors have never flagged me for AI thanks to this app

Ok so when I purchased this originally it was spot on. A few weeks later I don't know what's happening but if the humanized part is supposed to help reword why when I upload it to ai detector it's still 75 % can be seen?

This is the worst humanizer app I've ever used. I am beyond disappointed and furious i have spent 17$ on this app and the results are absolute trash. It put random numbers and made up words into my essay along with random fully capitalized words that don't fit in at all.
