Baby+ by Philips has a clean interface and good coverage: feeding, sleep, diapers, medication, and growth. The weak spot is no dark mode, which is critical for nighttime use, and data occasionally disappears after the app is closed.

The fact that there is no nighttime setting is extremely off putting. App is way too use and helps me keep track of all my baby's data.
