For people with allergies and dermatitis it is a lifesaver: you scan a product in the store and instantly see if it is safe for your allergen list, which eases real anxiety. But the ingredient data is often wrong, causing either false alarms or missed problems, and the developers do not respond to error reports. On top of that the app keeps logging you out, fails to load product pages, and locks basic functions behind a subscription.

This app takes you down rabbit holes and there’s no way to get back to home.
