People get it for hand-drawn notes and a widget with the partner's photo on the home screen, and long-distance couples especially value swapping little notes every day. What ruins it is a flood of ads and that almost everything runs into the subscription: without premium notes often will not send. There are bugs too: the widget goes white, drawing lags, and you cannot zoom the canvas.
