This is the companion app for Aventon e-bikes, and people genuinely love the bikes themselves, but the software keeps letting them down. They complain about ride sync dropping out, wrong map tracks and elevation counts, connection drops mid-ride that lose ride data, and Apple login that stopped working after an update. Separately, the anti-tamper alarm that sends a notification but never sounds really frustrates people.
