The device and app are praised for minimalism: a small screen instead of a phone on the handlebars, simple point-to-point navigation, a screen readable in any light. But the maps are often outdated, a route can lead you into construction or traffic and lose your position mid-way, and route planning on a computer is poorly done. It especially irritates people that some app features are paid on top of an already pricey device.
