The app moves your home workout into beautiful virtual scenery around the world and can read your speed with the camera without sensors, and that is what people love. What breaks the immersion is that the coaching voice cannot be turned off in favor of quiet nature sounds, video buffers and stutters when streaming to a TV, and the trails are stitched together from pieces of different places rather than one continuous route. People also complain about sound dropping out, which makes the app useless, freezing at login, and price increases when cheaper options exist nearby.
