The app promises simple bike-assembly guides and a record of your garage, but those very assembly instructions are usually missing, and the videos are locked behind a QR code you don't have until the bike arrives. The parts that actually work are the store catalog and the garage tab with your bike's specs. Plenty of basic breakage: login loops, the serial number won't scan, the account page freezes the app, the widget is blank.
