Useful easy to input and remembers previous foods and custom recipes. Definitely recommend. However I tend to use a few basic foods to simplify input for example I eat a meal with chicken in it. I found a good basic chicken that is measured by the ounce and ill estimate how many ounces of chickenこのアプリは家で作る人向けの食品の選択肢がとても少ないです。外食はあまりしません。一から作ります。My Fitness Palはやめたところです。このアプリも自分には足りなさそうです。
