At its core it does the main job well: it times contractions accurately and tells you when to head to the hospital, and it is simple. But monetization at the worst moment ruins it: you cannot edit a contraction without paying, full screen ads pop up between contractions, and a weekly subscription mid labor feels like preying on the vulnerable. There are also complaints about inappropriate, disturbing ads.
