INTVL is a gamified tracker built on a territory-capture mechanic. A run becomes a "raid" on unclaimed map segments, which genuinely gets people outside. But the mechanic stalls: territory approvals are delayed (someone claims it before you get credit), Strava is locked until level 7, and the interface is cluttered with small buttons. Basic GPS tracking is present but accuracy occasionally fails, as users themselves note. Without a subscription the number of runs is capped.
