Auto-captions that genuinely help some people and are easy to edit, with translation and a nice simple interface. But there's a lot of money pain: people get charged for a yearly subscription even after canceling the same day, and you can't save or send a video without paying. The core is shaky too: recognition often misses, skips long phrases, text is either late or jumps out early, and the watermark can't be removed for free.
