The slider input mechanic is unreliable: it is easy to miss the intended value and it sometimes records more or less than intended. An interface redesign made logging less intuitive and some users no longer understand how to add water. No Watch notification sync. The app was clearly built without a native English speaker on the team (support is in Chinese).
