It is essentially an AI weight-loss coach, but you can barely try it: onboarding asks questions for about ten minutes, then demands a subscription, and there is no way past it without paying. Weight logging, trends and Health or scale sync are impossible to judge, real users never reach those screens. Those who paid report losing weight, but they are a minority.
