In substance people only note that the sounds put someone to sleep fast and that you can mix different noises. Beyond that it's all problems: almost everything is paid or requires watching an ad for a sound, and for some the watch-video offer doesn't work at all, and the sound dies the moment you leave the app. Many gushing 5-star reviews with zero specifics look inflated.
