For decades people come back for the ability to run up to four sounds at once and build their own rain-and-thunder mix, which is a lifesaver in noisy hotels while traveling. After a recent update the main pain is that you have to re-pick your sounds every night because settings don't save, and the app also crashes on its own. Separately, people criticize the old iPhone 5 layout, a clunky alarm, and blue light that hurts falling asleep.
