What angers them most is the ads: loud clips hit on launch and exit of an app meant to put you to sleep. The second blow is the shift to a subscription and locking sounds that were free for years, plus people who made a one-time purchase are forced to pay again after an update. They often ask for a way to save the mixes they create.
