Parents like it when a hair-dryer or fan sound genuinely soothes the baby without running the real appliances, and they take it on trips instead of a bulky machine. But the app literally makes you write a review to unlock half the sounds you already paid for, and it's nearly unusable for free. Plus complaints that after payment the sound plays only 30 seconds instead of the promised hours and cuts off at night, waking the baby.
