People keep it for years for their own sound mixes and lifelike scenes like ocean and rain, running it all night for sleep and travel. It breaks on the ad strip at the bottom (which has shown obscene Temu images) and on freezes: the app pauses itself or shuts down mid-night and wakes you. After the move to subscription some old purchases stopped restoring.
