This is a booking app for the Modo studio chain, and people genuinely love the classes and the warmth of the space and instructors, it helps them through hard times. But the software clearly lags: history got wiped after an update (600 completed classes now show 11), the handy 30-day class counter and the view of free spots are gone, password-reset emails never arrive, and it only works in some cities. A classic case of a great studio with an app bolted on carelessly.
