Evergreen: Relationship Growth

Sad. I’ve been using for 1,468 days, throughly enjoyed the free experience and was slightly disappointed when they reduced the free version to only one question a day. It is now fully paid only, all questions are locked. Sad to stop using after so long.

Terrible/non existent customer service. If in the case you have a billing issue or need to reach out to customer service for whatever reason there is no way to contact them besides through email and wait days for a response. They also don't send any heads up or notifications that a subscription renewal is occurring so if life gets busy and you forget there's not fixing it. They also won't help with a refund if this does happen even if contacting them the very same day. You'd think an app made to help people would be more helpful.

Scammed. I hit free trial and went to cancel the subscription and it said i was good until next year. I got billed 50$ and it claimed it was a free trial. scam.

Paying. Didn’t know you had to pay for the app until after you created an account. Waste of my time

Scam. I didn’t not authorize to a yearly subscription I would never they didn’t issue me a refund nor did the accommodate me for my lost I cancel the subscription I can see if it was a month subscription but a year is insane and I keep reaching out with no response

Scam. I bought the app and uninstalled it for storage however now it won’t let me download it again and when I try to log in on my android with my same email it doesn’t show I’m a premium member. Don’t even bother with this one.

Spam. The app is free but nothing else is. Requires a subscription to use, but only tells you that after it takes your information. I’ve been getting non stop texts and spam emails since.

Latest update breaks the app. Uninstalled after almost a year of daily use. I would easily have paid for a one time fee or been OK with seeing ads. Instead the only feature that anyone uses get locked behind a pay wall.

Remember to cancel after trial. Out $50 on an app we don’t even use. Asked for refund on account of that were denied. Now we have a useless app that can not measure progress.

Encourages Odd Behavior. This app has great potential, but encourages attraction to people other than your partner. For monogamous people, this is very disturbing.

Scam. Advertised a free trial and then charged my card full price and refused to issue a refund.

Expensive. Add an option to use it for free with ads, most people whose relationship is struggling are also struggling financially.

Customer Service?. I tried the 7-day free trial and during that time I got the flu so I didn’t realize it was about to draft my account for the annual subscription. The same day or very next day that it drafted I submitted a request for a refund and selected that I did not mean to renew subscription. My refund request was denied and now I am out $55 for an app I don’t even use. I used the app for 1 day to play some of the quizzes with my husband but that was it. I would understand if it was denied over a week after renewal but I requested the refund the same day or very next day. No empathy. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Didn’t help I lost someone I love the most. 💔💔💔💔

Not worth downloading. There are only two free quizzes and two daily tasks that are free. The rest of the app costs money, which is almost the entire thing.

Charged anyway. I cancelled my subscription and account the same day I downloaded the app as it wasn’t what I was looking for and now a week later they charged me anyway.

Welp. Downloaded this a few years ago and did it with an ex of mine. Relationship ended. Fast forward a few years, in a new relationship and we decided to try a relationship app. Everything costs money so ended on this. Everything was going okay until it showed my current partner answers I had put for my past relationship! Dealing with that was so awful. Thanks Evergreen!

Couple quizzes run out and do not replenish. I’ve enjoyed this app and it has been beneficial. I recently realized, however, that the quizzes we enjoy taking every day are not replenished. We have completed all quizzes in about two months and for $50 for this app, that is unacceptable.

DO NOT GET THIS APP!. I signed up for what I thought was a free trial and was instantly charged $52.99 for a year, I had to go through apple to issue a refund and they did and it went through with my bank, the next day they withdrew the refund my premium account is canceled and I was charged another $52.99! Now after sending them pictures of everything they are completely ignoring me! Worst app and customer service ever!

quiz related review. let us look at our answers on every quiz that we finished already after our subscription ends if we already did a quiz, why lock our answers after our subscription ends

Recent updates. They updated their settings and premium doesn’t allow us to use the app as we used too - by answering the growth question. Really unfair and pushes out couples. No point to use it anymore…

Lies about free trial. I signed up to try it for 7 days free but was immediately charged the 9.99 fee. I don’t want to use an app that lies and steals.

Don’t even bother, it’s subscription. Any app that takes all your info and THEN tells you you have to pay is garbage. Don’t waist your time. Enjoy having my info now, jerks.

Double charged. Not worth the $$$. I thought this was a cute idea so I got an account and had my husband pair with me. It was fun for a few days but then I deleted my account and canceled the subscription and they still charged my husband $60 dollars even though I made the original account and deleted it in time. So apparently it’s $120 dollars if you want to use the app since they charge you BOTH $60 instead of only charging once for couples since it’s pointless to use the app alone..... ridiculous.

Bug fixes never work. I’m very disappointed because I’ve really wanted to try this app for a while now but the only thing that ever loads is the title screen. It won’t ever let me click any buttons in the app besides the daily check in, & even in the daily check in, it will only let me read the title screen to that & I am unable to scroll beyond it.

Why The Charge If 1 Week Is Free…?. I am being charged an initial fee of $10.65 although I signed up for the 1 week free trial then annual charge afterwards 😕Why?

If you don’t IAP tree won’t grow. Your tree won’t grow if you don’t make in app purchases or buy their monthly subscription. This has potential if not trying to make you give them money.

Why do I need to register to use it?. Why is registering with email, password, etc required? It really isn’t. I’m not going to either create a 20th password or reuse an existing password for something so trivial

Ripped off. I was charged for the subscription and the surveys was still locked. I want my money back ASAP!!!

App not available for android. My Fiancé does not have an IPhone. This would have been a really great activity to work on together but it’s not available on Google Play.

Only for apple.. My husband has an android. I loved this app and wanted to share it with him but unfortunately I cannot because it’s not available for androids. Pretty crappy.

Not Compatible. I was really excited about using this app. Sent my link to my partner who has a non apple device and found out it was only available for apple users. Very disappointing I was really looking forward to its help..

Too big. I would love to use this app, but it is made for bigger phones and I have an 8. It won’t allow you to scroll down either.
