Zoosk - Social Dating App

Doesn’t work at all. I tried to use it because I had an account several years ago on Facebook and now when I tried to use it it doesn’t do anything it pops up saying sorry we are having trouble logging into facebook and my Gmail it’s so stupid and annoying they have really gone down hill 😡😡😡😡

I couldn’t get the app to work either. Deleted it.. Doesn’t work!

Not working. I have been trying to use your app for about 2 months and it’s still not working. I’ve tried several emails and it still will not work. I’ve contacted support but never received a response.

Not worth the effort. It’s nothing but a waste of time and money, the pool of people are small and for the price it’s not worth it. I would have been better off just buying a new book than wasting my time and hopes on this app.

Horrible. I created a profile only Saturday May 2 and they blocked my account for no reason

Definitely Top Tier GARBAGE!. Let’s start with the fact that you have to pay and subscribe to even be able to hit likes or receive likes then after you’ve paid your weekly monthly fees, you get zero hits and if by chance you do get any hits or likes they’re all robots nobody actually responds or holds conversations 99% of the time you really don’t get anything off of here or any benefit from it! But if you let your subscription run out and don’t renew it all of a sudden you become extremely popular with multiple hits a day multiple likes multiple requests for chat. Definitely not worth the subscription fees! Don’t waste your time!!!!!

Worthless. Why bother. App does nothing to actually help you to find somebody that matches to your likes. Everything is pap, pay and pay. What a waist.

Zoosk. I’ve waited for a month and a half to select height and stuff but it didn’t allow it very disappointed

Didn’t work. I tried to use it in spite of the horrific reviews because I had used it several years ago and found an amazing woman who was perfect. Tried to sign up this time and it just keeps saying “something went wrong, try again” on the email address, without telling me what was wrong. I tried multiple times with multiple emails and it just kept giving the same obscure message. From what it sounds like it actually saved me some time and money

Crooks, poorest dating app!. I have tried several dating apps but what at first seemed like a four star app I soon discovered it to be trash and a waste of time and money. I’m in my seventies so the waste of my time is more important than money. When you’re divorced late in life you don’t have time to waste on poorly designed, purposely mismanaged dating sites like this one. They will waste your time also by never deleting the photos of attractive women, I know this is a fact as two of the attractive women posted I just happened to know personally. When contacting them neither have been on this site for years, one has been in a wonderful marriage for ten years or more. I know the husbands and wives personally and even attended one of the weddings! So, by not deleting attractive women on their site Zoosk has an unlimited supply of pretty faces to give men false hope, keep men clicking useless likes, keep them writing unanswered messages and continue to charge for their worthless subscriptions. They also know when you’re not getting replies to your messages that men start getting desperate and sign up for expensive perks in hope in hopes of improving their chances of meeting someone. Don’t waste your time or money.

95% fake profiles that never respond to hundreds of individually custom, written messages. The women never respond, they only view your profile over and over continuously but never chat even if you pay the additional fee like I’ve always done for the past seven years on zoosk. They won’t respond at all, you only ever get responses from scammers that immediately or delete their account and send you photos that look nothing like them in an attempt to ask for money. It’s such a shame years ago I found many women on there in the instant connections, and dated a few, but now I can’t get any of them to even say hello. You need to delete inactive accounts and leave series people only on the app. Find some way to force the women to respond, they can even say you’re ugly or they hate you but please say anything! Everything is geared around the woman on these apps and gives them way too much power and leverage Camma and has an adorable young man I’m left to sit there scrolling through the same exact pictures over and over again for them to never speak

Subscription issue. I have the 35$ loaded with my gift card and the Zoosk subscription is not working

Ghosting. I’ve been on the site for 6 weeks, wrote 64 messages to women of those 16 viewed me (repeatedly) no replies. Those I matched with through carousel all were removed for suspicious activities (fakes) . Very few profiles are active too! If you’re a guy and you’re looking to get ghosted this is the site to avoid!

Live option not working??. So I can’t go live anymore and that’s the only reason i downloaded this app. Been a few days and still no live option.

Same old scammy site. I used this years ago and the app has the same fake profiles, and everyone messages you. But, you have to pay to read the messages. Update: takes 100 years to upload a photo, get "encountered an error" frequently, and the ads every 3 or 4 likes in the carousel should be enough income to make the rest of the app features free. Seriously, nobody has time to watch a 20 second ad after seeing a handful of profiles. They must pay people to give good reviews to have a rating over 4. It's so bad it should be criminal!

Guys better off throwing money in the baby section of Walmart and see what crawls out.. 12/30/25 Fake profiles is one after another. Having Zoosk employees posing as real people and exchanging numbers is a whole other level of misleading. Okay so why don’t you wanna renew your premium ? This last sentence was copied from my text messages.

Fraud. It’s illegal in every state.. Zoosk asks for a premium. As soon as you sign up though their paywall. They ask you to pay $9.99 more a mo th for messaging guarantee. See where this is going? I’ve already emailed their support and asked if they were blocking my messages. So far, no response to any of my questions, now three days later. January 2nd, I’m going to the Nac Attorney Genrals office and show them how this fraud is happening. I will let them see the captures I’ve done with worship and show how they are using blockers on messages and in the code. Save your money. None of these dating apps. Fulfill their contractural part of the agreement. Which they are required to do. It’s a phony site with phony women accounts. Employee a cou t’s mixed in with legit accounts. It’s fraud. Across the board.

Juice Isn't Worth the Squeeze. Tried this for three months. The number of females is very limited and the app tries to expand the number of results by offering up inactive profiles and profiles from long distance away. If it weren't for catfish accounts and scammers, I'm not sure I'd have had more than 5 or 6 true interactions over the course of three months. Do yourself a favor, get a hobby, go to a bar, join a church, go workout. Anything but using this app.

Useless. There’s no way to contact people or send them a message. There’s no way to give people a notice that you’ve been interested in them. This app is utterly useless and impossible to cancel. Beware.

TRASH! Very Expensive. I have to pay $35.00 per month to send a message ? Where’s the black men? Zoosk has changed it use to be free years ago now it’s Total Trash. 🗑️

Not for me. Same people over and over. You can say no and see that person again and again.

Billing. They are a joke, save your money

Dosing work. GARBAGE. I’ve tried to sign in 50 TIMES. It either goes nowhere or gives some stupid error and customer service is USELESS. The app DOES NOT WORK PERIOD

App is Bad & Service Too. The app has a filter feature that does not properly save selections. The app also does not show activity of users. It seems like many of the non-fake accounts are just inactive users. — The app also has many fake profiles, despite showing a Google verification.

It’s ok. Definitely not worth the price they charge.. Definitely not worth the price it’s over priced!! Such a rip off. If you click on someone’s profile it sends you an automated message. Which is really Stupid! And Annoying! Lots or bots And Tons of fake profiles and Automated messages!! 85 percent of the profiles are scammers! Stay away!!

Broken app. App freezes up within seconds of opening it. Will crash and reset if I go back to phones desk top and back to app or when closing phone. Repeating the process all over again. Not spending any money on this app.

Don’t waste your time. Most accounts are inactive. I paid for a subscription and set the miles down to 20. It showed me women over 100 miles away. Waste of money and time. Honestly, these dating apps are a waste of time it seems.

LIARS!!!. The do not have 40 million members! 90% of their member accounts have been inactive for an extended time, some even years. Good luck getting a refund! ZOOSK ARE ALL THIEVES!!!

Useless. I used to use this app years ago. Now it won’t let me log in via Google or Facebook or through my email address. Apparently they don’t want business.

Scam!! Scam!!! Scam!!. They say go to iTunes to cut your subscription but it doesn’t work! I cancelled it with email and then deleted day of and they charged me another 25 bucks!! Never using them again and I still can’t cancel!!

Worthless. There are no real profiles and if they are they can't Interact. Don't waste your money
