Cava earns genuine admiration for its food, but the app frustrates: order history is buried deep, the cart resets when you try to apply a reward, and duplicating a dish isn't possible. Loyalty is held by the kitchen, not the interface.

My first time to use the app. It was very fast and inconvenient. However, the preparation was completely different from when I ordered it in person. Not enough meat or lentils. I normally like my dressing on the side, but didn't get an option to do so.Please put "re-order" or "personal favorites" on one of the front pages. These are buried 4 swipes in and not even listed on "account" page. On Chiplote's: I open app, click two times, & press "hold to pay." Their user interface is easy.
