My first time to use the app. It was very fast and inconvenient. However, the preparation was completely different from when I ordered it in person. Not enough meat or lentils. I normally like my dressing on the side, but didn't get an option to do so.

Please put "re-order" or "personal favorites" on one of the front pages. These are buried 4 swipes in and not even listed on "account" page. On Chiplote's: I open app, click two times, & press "hold to pay." Their user interface is easy. Yours is not.
