The client app for the VCA vet clinic network. Appointment booking works reliably and visit history is accessible. But the architecture is one clinic equals one profile: if a pet ends up at an emergency or specialist at a different VCA location, the data is unavailable. Dosage reminders broke after an update and were never restored. Records are only stored for the past two years.

Seit dem Update vom 01. Mai funktionieren meine Benachrichtigungen von den Dosis-Erinnerungen nicht mehr. Ich kann anlegen und ändern, werde aber nicht mehr benachrichtigt. Meine anderen Apps laufen normal. iPhone- und iPad-Nutzer
Das ALLERNÜTZLICHSTE, was eine App machen könnte, wäre, Zugang zum Impfpass von meinem Kleinen zu geben. Den braucht man oft.
Diese App war für uns im Grunde nutzlos. Unser Tier hatte von 2013 bis 2022 eine Reihe größerer Behandlungen bei VCA, aber diese App speichert nur die letzten (2) Jahre, laut den sehr schnellen, höflichen und hilfsbereiten Technikern der Online-Hilfe.
