The client app for the VCA vet clinic network. Appointment booking works reliably and visit history is accessible. But the architecture is one clinic equals one profile: if a pet ends up at an emergency or specialist at a different VCA location, the data is unavailable. Dosage reminders broke after an update and were never restored. Records are only stored for the past two years.

Since the May 01 update my notifications from dosing reminders no longer works. I can create and update but am no longer notified. My other apps are working fine. iPhone and iPad user

The MOST useful thing an app could do would be to allow access to my guys vaccination record. It's needed often.

This app was basically useless for us. Our pet had a number of significant treatments with VCA 2013 thru 2022, but this App only stores the most recent (2) years, per the App's very prompt, courteous, and helpful Online Help technicians.
