It works across all platforms simultaneously without interruption. Weak points: Google Calendar sync occasionally breaks, and the mobile interface is less convenient than the web for bulk editing. For GTD practitioners this is the benchmark.

I like how you have both the calendar and tasks on the same app it makes it useful and is the reason why I kept it after downloading so many other apps that are similar.

I have used this for a couple years and it seemed to work well. But recently when reviewing all tasks and updating multiple projects, I realized tasks were missing on the iOS phone app. After much concern and debugging (project showed empty on phone but had tasks on web app).

I've been using Todoist for at least seven years now and I have it well integrated into my daily life. It is the one place I can throw anything at any time and not have to think about it again. Wake up at 3am with a thought, add it and I know I won't lose it.
