Todoist is a mature task manager for people who take planning seriously: priorities, projects, subtasks, natural-language date parsing, and Ramble voice input. It works across all platforms simultaneously without interruption. Weak points: Google Calendar sync occasionally breaks, and the mobile interface is less convenient than the web for bulk editing. For GTD practitioners this is the benchmark.

カレンダーとタスクが同じアプリに両方あるのがいい、それで使えるアプリになってるし、似たようなアプリをたくさん落としたあとにこれを残した理由でもある。
これを二年ほど使っていて、うまく動いているように見えた。でも最近、全タスクを見直して複数のプロジェクトを更新していたとき、iOS の電話アプリでタスクが抜けていることに気づいた。さんざん心配して調べたあげく（プロジェクトは電話では空なのに、ウェブアプリにはタスクがあった）。
Todoist はもう少なくとも七年使っていて、日常にしっかり組み込まれている。いつでも何でも放り込めて、二度と考えなくていい唯一の場所だ。朝3時に思いつきで目が覚めても、入れてしまえば失くさないと分かっている。
