Stoic philosophy fits the daily reflection format well, and the free-writing space is valued by long-time users. Prompts repeat, AI feedback is shallow, and cross-device sync is unreliable.

I like the app. It does encourage me to be more diligent with my journaling. It would be nice if the prompts didn't repeat so often.
Okay, I've had this app for a little over 3 years. And it's incredible. I remember wanting to be able to write down what I was actually thinking/feeling, However, it has become some so much more than just a hobby or way to organize my thoughts. I use stoic to set intentions for my day and reflect each evening.
This helps me to stay on track with journaling and checking in with myself and how I feel. It makes it an easy task and gives me a win each time I complete an entry. It makes it feel attainable and then helps me feel better.
