An editorial reading of the saved reviews

Sam's Club is a membership warehouse with a genuinely convenient curbside pickup and a Scan and Go feature that makes in-store trips fast. The online catalog is noticeably narrower than the physical warehouse and shipped items sometimes arrive carelessly packed.

What reviews complain about

The online catalog does not cover all the merchandise available in-club, which frustrates regular members.

I'm really not impressed. I would have thought that you would be able to order the same stuff that is available IN THE STORES!!!! This alone is very disappointing!!!
