Grab dominates Southeast Asia through its combined taxi and food delivery coverage, but the algorithm sometimes deliberately slows service, drivers can cancel after accepting a ride, and the interface is cluttered with ads that get in the way of tracking your order. Batching multiple orders disrupts timing for each one.

I order from Grab almost every day. Most of the time I can count on quick delivery but for the third time now, my food has taken almost an hour to get to me.
