talkbook（今はHeartspring）の発想が大好きだった。人と話すのが苦手だから、気持ちを日記に残しながら同時に話す練習もできるのはすごく助かった。動画の日記がアプリの中に保存されて、スマホの容量を食わずにあとから振り返れるのがよかった。
2024年12月にこのアプリを入れた。短い動画日記をつけられるのが大好きだった。でも「Heartspring」にアップデートされて、今は録画するのにお金がいる。文字で書くことはできる。でもそれだと良さがなくなると思う。今はちょっと残念。
