PetDesk is a connector app between a vet clinic and the pet owner. Online appointment booking, vaccine reminders, visit history, and in-app prescription refills are real utilities for families with pets. The email-validation onboarding is broken for a significant share of users: the confirmation email either does not arrive or a marketing email comes instead. Medical records cannot be edited manually.
