The app performs the basic task of blurring an area in a photo. Brush control is straightforward. However, the blur works as opacity reduction rather than true bokeh: under the 'blur' the original image at full resolution shows through. The boundary between the blurred and normal zones is hard with no feathering. The editor preview does not match the final saved file.
