Drop offs and pickups don't make sense clumbersome and if my phone dies I'm sol and pay for a ride I can't use

You have to go to waymo. It doesn't come to you and the app is way less than helpful where that is

I'm willing to try new things if there is safe and without extra fuss and complication. My ride was intuitive, extremely safe, and carefree. The driver took out the human element of selfishness, rudeness, and rush.

Forgot my wallet in one of the car and they couldn't help. Had to make so many calls and no help…uber is so much better with human in the loop for bad situations to help us in.

Very frustrated that Waymo decided to pick me up without warning that their freeway driving in Phoenix has been paused temporarily. Now stuck in the Waymo for an extra 40 minutes for a total of an hour when the drive should only take 20 minutes from the airport.

They don't drop you off at the spots that you see on the map. It decides to take a completely different road and then a completely different drop off point. I have missed a train at the union station 3x on separate occasions even arriving 10mins early to my destination but then Waymo decides to reroute.
