Favor: Texas Food Delivery

I really wanted to like Favor because it's associated with H-E-B, and I even paid for Favor Gold, but my experiences have been consistently disappointing. The final straw was a recent grocery order worth over $160 that was delivered to a completely different address, not even on my street.

The best thing about Favor was the fact that you tipped AFTER the service is rendered. That has now been changed to tipping BEFORE the service has been rendered. I really hate the new update to the tipping option. It asks you to tip up front and then again for an additional tip after you get the order. Who tips up front? I've had a driver take my order home and mark it delivered. In this new update, he would've gotten an upfront tip for that.

I don't know why Shipt is able to show me if an item is low in stock or unavailable when I'm shopping on HEB through the app but Favor cannot. Every time I order HEB through Favor, I get notified by the shopper that at least 2 (usually more) of the items are out of stock so I'm stuck with a partial
