I got this app for my son who is 10 and has AuDHD with anxiety as well. When I say his adhd is so bad that it it was a minute by minute struggle to get him to stay on task, I mean that literally. I had to constantly redirect him everyday.I've been trying to find an app for years that can help remind me to do stuff. After a week I start to ignore the reminders no matter how much I want to get things done.
