A routine as a step-by-step protocol with a timer: you cannot proceed to the next step without marking the previous one complete. That is exactly what some users with ADHD need. Transition notifications to the next step are only available with a paid upgrade.

People with ADHD who need step-by-step routine structure rather than just a task list. Not suitable for those who want to track varied habits on a schedule.

I got this app for my son who is 10 and has AuDHD with anxiety as well. When I say his adhd is so bad that it it was a minute by minute struggle to get him to stay on task, I mean that literally. I had to constantly redirect him everyday.I've been trying to find an app for years that can help remind me to do stuff. After a week I start to ignore the reminders no matter how much I want to get things done. The routines have made it easier for me to manage lots of multi-task things throughout the day.この課題で挙げられています
- Build a daily routine without the shame cycle: check off the steps, not get stuck, not spiral after a missAdults who need support with a daily routine
- Build a visual schedule for a child with autism or ADHD and sync it between the therapist’s device and the home tabletFamilies and professionals who use a visual schedule
