Overall app is 7/10. Very unreliable at critical times during the trip. The app gave me updates on the driver status as we exited the airplane, but as we got out of the airport, looking for the driver, the app would not connect to communicate with the driver.I discovered Blacklane on this trip to Europe and wish I'd used it on our last trip, too.
